PingRSS is a ping monitoring tool developed by xiaoz. It allows users to visually check the network latency and packet loss rate from domestic to foreign hosts.
PingRSS retrieves its data from another network quality (PING) detection tool, http://smartping.org/. The core functionality of SmartPing is utilized, and xiaoz simply reads the API data provided by SmartPing and adds a template. Ultimately, we must thank SmartPing for this excellent open-source project.
PingRSS has monitoring nodes in Sichuan Telecom and Tencent Cloud (Guangdong). Due to the varying network conditions of each user, the monitoring results are not entirely accurate and are only intended as a reference for some users. If you have any idle domestic servers, you can contact me to use them as monitoring nodes.
Currently, PingRSS mainly monitors foreign servers. The monitored nodes mostly come from the official websites of hosting providers, review blogs, and contributions from internet users. If you need to monitor more nodes, you can leave me a message.
