Activity Rules
Target Audience: Huawei Cloud official website users who have completed registration and real-name authentication. The new user package is exclusively for users who have never purchased Huawei Cloud resources before (Customer Level V0). Event Period: October 28, 2020 – November 30, 2020. Purchase Instructions: (1) The new user exclusive package allows one order per user. The 1-core 2GB specification allows one server per user. Sales start at 9:00 AM daily on a first-come, first-served basis. New users can purchase a maximum of 3 cloud servers in total. The purchase limit for other products is subject to the purchase page. (2) Same User Rule: A "same user" refers to users associated through registration, login, and usage information across different Huawei Cloud accounts. Huawei Cloud determines the actual user based on criteria such as: same ID number (e.g., national ID, passport, overseas driver's license, enterprise unique ID), same mobile phone number, same device, or same IP address. (3) Package Configuration: a. Each cloud server comes with one default public IP. Yunxiao Cloud Servers include a 40GB High I/O system disk, while C6/C6s Cloud Servers include a 40GB General SSD system disk. Data disks are General SSD, and all configurations include dynamic BGP bandwidth. b. Overseas cloud servers are S6 models; reinstalling the system does not support switching between Linux and Windows. (4) Renewal and Changes: The promotional price applies only to packages purchased on the event page. Renewal or package changes (including upgrades and downgrades) are subject to the current catalog price; the promotional price does not apply in these scenarios. Before selecting upgrades or downgrades for package products, please review the "Resource Change Fee Explanation". Enterprise Host Security: A free Enterprise Host Security Basic Edition is included for the same duration as the purchased server. This applies to any cloud server specification. For more product details, visit Enterprise Host Security HSS. To ensure fairness, Huawei Cloud reserves the right to revoke package usage rights from users who maliciously exploit event resources ("malicious" refers to abnormal account registrations to obtain resources or using resources for illegal activities). All participating Huawei Cloud registered users acknowledge and agree to comply with the Huawei Cloud User Agreement, Privacy Policy Statement, and Acceptable Use Policy.

I only purchased a 1Mbps bandwidth server, so upload speeds are severely limited. However, download speeds reach around 100Mbps. Without thoroughly checking the documentation, I guess the upload-to-download bandwidth ratio is 1:10. The data is as follows:
