LianLian Yintong Electronic Payment Co., Ltd. (LianLian Pay) is a Zhejiang provincial high-tech enterprise that supports binding PayPal accounts and making withdrawals. Here is a brief introduction and user experience.
I first learned about LianLian Pay on the blog of Free Resource Tribe. Xiao Z's blog has been promoting affiliate programs for foreign hosts, and foreigners generally send commissions to their PayPal accounts. However, for a long time now, PayPal China accounts no longer support transfers between accounts. Currently, there are several feasible solutions for withdrawing funds from PayPal accounts:
Registration URL: https://fx.lianlianpay.com. First, you need to bind your PayPal account and complete the real-name authentication (usually completed within one working day), and then you can make withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is $150, and under normal circumstances, it takes 2-4 days to receive the funds with a fee of 1.2%. After the withdrawal, the amount received will be calculated based on the current exchange rate between the US dollar and RMB, and it will be in RMB, not in US dollars.
From my personal experience, this method is convenient, with low fees, and relatively fast processing time (arriving in 2 days). Interested friends with amounts below $50,000 can give it a try.
