Win Baidu Sitemap Permissions: A Limited-Time Opportunity for Site Owners

Today, while logging into Baidu Webmaster Tools, I unexpectedly discovered the "Sitemap Grab" event. I was lucky enough to win Sitemap permissions for my blog, Xiaoz Blog. I recommend all webmasters to try their luck.

Sitemap serves as an entry point for Baidu to introduce high-quality resources. It allows for the rapid indexing and presentation of these resources to users. By batch submitting unindexed web pages to Baidu, Sitemap ensures fast indexing of web resources, providing a foundation for website SEO optimization.

Important Notes:

1. Event Duration: April 23rd to April 30th, daily from 11:00 to 19:00.
2. Participation Limits: Each user can draw up to 5 times per day. If all sites managed by you already have Sitemap functionality, you cannot participate in the event.
3. Permission Granting: After winning, the system will randomly grant Sitemap permissions to one of the sites you manage.
4. Compliance: Baidu will revoke Sitemap permissions for sites that use them to submit low-quality or spam content.
