  • Employment Status: Employed (do not select Unemployed)
  • Investment Experience: Default selection is fine (do not select 0 experience)
  • Other Information: Fill in truthfully

Next, upload your ID card, fill in tax information, and complete facial recognition. Please note the following:

  • Communication Address: It is recommended to select Same as ID Address; otherwise, additional proof of address will be required.
  • Tax ID: This is your ID number; default to Same as ID Number.

After submitting your documents, wait 1-2 working days for the audit. You can download the app to track the progress. Once the account is opened, you must use the HK/US stock zero commission vouchers in the Rewards Center.

  • Audit results will be notified via email.
  • If the audit fails, the reason will be provided. You can modify and resubmit. For further assistance, contact Zhuorui's online customer service.

Using the Cash Voucher

Once unlocked according to platform rules, the cash voucher can be used when purchasing stocks. The cash reward will be directly credited to your account balance after a waiting period.
