Registering for an account on Aliyun's International Version is not easy, perhaps to limit Chinese users. Here is the registration process, and whether or not you can pass depends on your luck.
It is best to clear your browser cache or use incognito mode to access the website. Aliyun requires international version PayPal, but in actual testing, domestic version PayPal can be linked. After linking, you may not be able to make successful payments, but after waiting a few hours, you can make payments normally. I don't know the reason for this. Whether or not you can successfully place an order depends on your luck.

Ping test results for Sichuan Telecom show around 80ms, and around 90ms for SuperPing. The test was conducted in the morning, so I don't know if it will explode during peak hours.
bench.sh is a one-click test script provided by the great master Qiu Shui Yi Bing. It can intuitively test download speed, disk I/O, etc. From the test results, Aliyun's I/O is a bit inferior compared to Vultr, as shown in the screenshot below.
The Singapore data center has direct connections to the mainland and bidirectional CN2 lines, making it a good choice for building proxies or websites. However, registering for an account is not easy, and I don't know how long the promotion will last. Some users have reported account deletion issues, so "remember to regularly back up your data, remember to regularly back up your data, remember to regularly back up your data". Finally, good luck!
