Linode was founded in 2003 and can be considered a veteran hosting provider. In the past, the lowest configuration required $10/month. However, due to cost reductions and increasing competition from rivals such as DigitalOcean and Vultr, Linode has not only introduced a $5/month package but also significantly upgraded its network bandwidth.
The lowest configuration, with 1 core and 1GB RAM, now only costs $5. Additionally, the network has been upgraded to 1000Mbps shared. The Tokyo, JP and Fremont, CA nodes are relatively good for mainland China. Of course, there may be differences based on each user's local network. Linode charges on a timely basis, so you can try each data center.
