I Built "Hot Ink Guest": Let AI Read News Hotspots to You Directly
xiaoz has always wanted to develop a news hotspot website to aggregate focused news for daily reading. Recently, after spending a week, I finally implemented this idea. I named it "Hot Ink Guest", and it is now officially online. Everyone is welcome to experience it!

About Hot Ink Guest
Do you have this feeling: many hotspot websites just pile up a bunch of titles, and you have to jump around to read the content, which is quite troublesome. I was thinking, can we make something more considerate?
So, besides collecting hotspots, "Hot Ink Guest" also does a few extra things: use AI to summarize articles for you, saving time and effort; subscribe to topics; and read directly via voice. The best part is "Daily Listen", a few minutes of audio to review the day's highlights, simply a must-have for lazy people!
Hot Ink Guest has the following features:
- Aggregate hotspots from multiple channels: Currently includes V2EX, IT Home, Cailian Press (more to be supported later)
- Support AI Summary: More intelligent refinement of hotspot content, rather than reading the full long article
- Support RSS Reading: You can use any RSS reader you like to subscribe to Hot Ink Guest
- Support Email Subscription: Automatically send the previous day's hotspot content to your email every day
- Support Voice Reading: If you don't want to read text, no problem, just listen to the hotspots with your ears
- Daily Listen: Listen to your favorite hotspot content in one go
- Support History Backtrack: Record daily hotspot snapshots, backtrack to historical hotspot content anytime
Hot Ink Guest Usage Introduction
Multiple Subscription Channels
Currently, Hot Ink Guest supports 3 channels: [V2EX, IT Home, Cailian Press], regularly collecting hotspots from corresponding channels. We will support more in the future.
AI Summary
Click on any hotspot content you like, and you can see that AI has intelligently summarized the abstract and key points for you, rather than reading the full long article.
RSS Subscription
If you are used to using an RSS reader, you only need to add the RSS subscription address provided by Hot Ink Guest in the reader: https://hot.rss.ink/feed
Email Subscription
If you prefer reading emails daily, Hot Ink Guest also provides email subscription: https://hot.rss.ink/tool/subscribe. After completing the subscription by entering your email according to the page prompts, we will automatically send the previous day's hotspot content to your email between 6-9 AM every day.
Daily Listen
"Daily Listen" supports selecting your preferred hotspot channel. AI will generate an exclusive audio briefing for it, allowing you to efficiently listen to daily hotspots anytime, anywhere, saving trouble and effort.
History Backtrack
On the Hot Ink Guest homepage, you can select any channel and date, and it will automatically help you backtrack historical hotspots (Note: Currently, only historical data since the website launch can be retrieved).
