How to Fix QQ and Tim Startup Issues on Windows 10

QQ and Tim are both installed on the computer, but recently it was found that neither could be opened. Reinstalling multiple times yielded no results, and the Event Viewer showed no relevant errors. This has affected work and life, so a solution must be found.

Solution

Press Win + R, type services.msc to open the Windows Services console. Locate the QPCore Service. If this service is in a stopped state, it may prevent QQ or Tim from running normally.

The solution is to start this service and change its startup type to "Automatic". After doing so, Tim opens normally.
