CN2 GIA has an independent return link and is a lightly loaded network to ensure quality access. For CN2 network, GIA should be the best. The CN2 GIA VPS from Bandwagonhost has been available for some time, but the previous prices were too high.
Bandwagonhost recently launched a low-end GIA package, priced at $39.99/year, which is quite good for CDN use.
Using the bench.sh
script from Qiu Shui Yi Bing for testing, the average I/O reached 593.7 MB/s, which is quite good. However, it remains to be seen if the performance will decrease as the number of neighbors increases.
The ping latency to Sichuan Telecom is around 180ms, and the Super Ping Test is also within 180ms, with good performance on China Mobile, China Unicom, and China Telecom.
The outbound routing from Sichuan Telecom uses CN2 network from Shanghai, and Jilin Unicom/Beijing Mobile uses CN2 exit of China Telecom, as shown in the screenshots below.
For inbound routing to Sichuan Telecom/Shanxi Unicom/Shanghai Mobile, all routes use China Telecom's CN2 network.

Bandwagonhost's GIA VPS uses CN2 network for both outbound and inbound routing, with good network quality. It is very suitable for websites, CDNs, and proxies. GIA CN2 is more expensive than regular CN2, but you get what you pay for.
