The average I/O speed is over 800M+, and the download speed is also good, as shown in the screenshots below.

Conclusion

Based on the test results, the network performance of ArubaCloud is not good, so it is not suitable for hosting websites or using as a proxy. Its only advantage is probably the cost-effectiveness. If you need a European IP, you can consider using it. If you really need to host a website, you may need to set up a reverse proxy or use a CDN.
