Photon is a multi-threaded download software based on aria2, which supports HTTP/HTTPS, magnet links, BT, and Metalink downloads. Photon currently supports macOS and Windows platforms, and will soon release support for Linux systems.
Photon currently supports macOS and Windows platforms. You can download the corresponding version for installation from https://github.com/alanzhangzm/Photon/releases.
Photon has a very simple interface and can be used without much configuration. By default, the files downloaded by Photon are saved in the default download directory on Windows, but you can also choose another directory in the "Settings" option.
Photon is a packaged version of aria2, eliminating the hassle of manual configuration. However, it does not currently support Linux systems. If you have a lot of download requirements in a Linux system, you can try the CCAA one-click script I wrote: One-click installation of Caddy + Aria2 + AriaNg for CentOS 7 to achieve offline downloads.
If you are in a Windows environment, IDM, FDM, EagleGet, and other download software are worth a try. However, each has its own advantages and disadvantages. In short, what suits you best is the best.
